Usage data: Watchlist symbols, saved indicators, price alerts, and AI chat messages.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, and access logs for security and debugging purposes.

To provide and improve the Service
To personalise your dashboard, watchlist, and alerts
To send AI chat messages to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis (see Section 4)
For security monitoring and fraud prevention

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in secured PostgreSQL databases hosted in India. We apply industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Live Data Feed — real-time and historical market data
Anthropic Claude — AI language model for chat analysis. Messages you send to the AI assistant are transmitted to Anthropic's API. Please review Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
Google OAuth — optional sign-in method

5. Data Retention

AI chat messages older than 30 days are automatically purged. You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us at team@syannu.ai.

6. Your Rights

Under applicable Indian data protection laws, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email us at team@syannu.ai to exercise these rights.

7. Cookies

We use HTTP-only cookies for session management (JWT tokens). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
